I’ve added a links section to the site where I’ve put links to stuff I like or find interesting or that helps me with my hobbies and things. There’s also a gallery now where you can find some of my other work. It’s all available for purchase at reasonable prices in either high-resolution colour scan or the original physical work. I’ll be adding more as time goes on, so check back once in a while for new stuff.

The format war is over. I guess “consumers” can finally rest easy about their personal entertainment “investments”. Here’s to more monopolies controlling our daily lives!
I’ve been having lots of trouble filling in my strips lately with text that is at the appropriate size for good readability after it is scaled down to its publishing format. I haven’t yet figured out how to tackle this so that it consistently fits into the text bubbles after the size reduction. It seems all my original scans produce varying sized images so when I ink them in they look great, but don’t accommodate the text properly. Really not sure how to fix it yet *sigh*.
Ahh, the joys of random recruiting
By the way, anyone notice what I forgot to draw in today’s strip? haha
Let me tell ya. Drawing is a lot easier than writing funny dialogue. I spent much too long trying to figure out how to go about telling this joke. In the end the punchline changed completely, though I think for greater effect. If anyone ever tries camel tossing, do let me know how you do. My record is 12.74m.
On second thought, I’m not sure this strip makes ANY sense whatsoever. Oh well, maybe i’ll have better luck tomorrow.
Well, I think Pinkie and Snorky have been getting much too lazy lately. It’s about time they got a little exercise
p.s. I totally cheated when drawing the furnishings on the last two panels. muaahahhaha!
Man, today’s comic was a huge pain to draw, but here it is in all its splendour and glory! I read about the shutdown of Wikileaks.org at BoinbBoing and decided to do my own interpretation. I’m not trying to push Starbucks here, but it seemed like an apt analogue, so I went with it. ENJOY!
Also, I just realized that the first panel is missing the drawing of the reporter shown in the last panel. Just pretend he’s there and it’ll be less confusing
I have just done some basic updates on the site’s visual presentation and will continue making changes over the next few days. If there are things you like or don’t like about the new look then let me know!
Wow. All I can say is SORRY! Firstly, I’m sorry that the comic was late getting posted today, but my excuse is that no one is really reading yet and I’ve had a rather busy weekend. Secondly, I’m sorry about the quality of this comic. I swear I’m going to wrap up this little mini-arc of putrescence really, really, soon!
The good news is that I visited a really nice art store at Broadway today, near Granville St. Two whole floors of artsy-fartsy goodness! I picked up a couple of sketch pads and an erasing shield to get some proper intermediate-form tools for the comic. Hopefully, *cough* it’ll help improve my process and you’ll end up laughing at my strips one of these days
This mini-arc was really supposed to go in a different direction. Somewhere along the way I lost more than a couple of brain cells and we ended up with this. Oops
